ENROLL FOR AUTHORISED ENTRY: CHIEF AUTHORISED FIRM REPRESENTATIVE (CAFR)

In order to use this website to submit applications and notices to the administrators of the BARBARA™ ANTI-FRAUD DATABASE, you must be enrolled as an authorised firm representative (AFR) for a firm that is enrolled to use BARBARA™ ANTI-FRAUD DATABASE. To enroll a firm, access the BARBARA™ ANTI-FRAUD DATABASE Login screen and click on the link located under the "New Firm" heading. Download the appropriate PDF Enrolment Forms and carefully follow the instructions. The BARBARA™ ANTI-FRAUD DATABASE administrator will verify the New Firm in order to set up the firm on BARBARA™ ANTI-FRAUD DATABASE and provide the chief AFR (CAFR) named by the firm with a user ID and a password to permit her authorised entry to this website. Within this website, the CAFR will be able to enroll other AFRs for the firm.
